Our Peer Networks Programme offers the opportunity to grow your business through a series of collaborative, confidential and inclusive workshops in small groups of other business leaders. Led by an experienced facilitator, your group will meet regularly as part of an 18 hour innovative and exciting programme of action learning. At the end of the programme each business will be offered a 2 to 3 hour individual coaching session of one to one support, tailored to their individual business needs.
Our professional facilitators will support you and your small cohort as you work together on tangible solutions to your individual or shared challenges.
Non-competitive: Peer Networks brings together business leaders working collaboratively to find solutions to common problems, you can share your expertise and benefit from others.

There are some eligibility criteria that our Growth Hub will discuss with you following you submitting the Enquiry Form. This is to ensure that you are placed into a peer group which matches you to like-minded peers with similar challenges and opportunities to get the most from the programme.

From 1 April 2024, the responsibility for LEP functions across the Enterprise M3 LEP region has transferred to Hampshire County Council and Surrey County Council.
The Enterprise M3 Board met for the last time in March 2024 and Enterprise M3 LEP is no longer operating as an organisation.

Please note that Enterprise M3 LEP staff have transferred to Hampshire County Council to continue to deliver services and activities in Hampshire, including the Growth Hub, the Careers Hub, work on key business sectors, and trade and investment.
