From 1 April 2024, the responsibility for LEP functions across the Enterprise M3 LEP region has transferred to Hampshire County Council and Surrey County Council.
The Enterprise M3 Board met for the last time in March 2024 and Enterprise M3 LEP is no longer operating as an organisation.

Please note that Enterprise M3 LEP staff have transferred to Hampshire County Council to continue to deliver services and activities in Hampshire, including the Growth Hub, the Careers Hub, work on key business sectors, and trade and investment.

The Centre is located at Broxhead House, a Victorian building within Louisburg Barracks, which was previously used as sergeant’s accommodation by the army. Owned by Homes and Communities Agency (HCA), the building’s military heritage will provide a unique selling point for the Centre, whilst its location on the gateway to the site will be attractive to businesses. Therefore, this investment will help kick-start the perception of Whitehill and Bordon as an economic hub and create market confidence by attracting entrepreneurs and supporting local start-ups and small businesses.
