From 1 April 2024, the responsibility for LEP functions across the Enterprise M3 LEP region has transferred to Hampshire County Council and Surrey County Council.
The Enterprise M3 Board met for the last time in March 2024 and Enterprise M3 LEP is no longer operating as an organisation.

Please note that Enterprise M3 LEP staff have transferred to Hampshire County Council to continue to deliver services and activities in Hampshire, including the Growth Hub, the Careers Hub, work on key business sectors, and trade and investment.

Project description
The Login Business Lounge will create a collaborative and modern business environment for remote working in Camberley town centre. Overall the centre will create a 19,000 square foot, 3-storey modern commercial facility offering coworking spaces, activity-based spaces, multi-use spaces, social spaces, and private spaces where local professionals can access Office and Café facilities to enable them to work productively when away from their employer’s main HQ. EM3 is contributing £200,000 to support the first phase of refurbishment of the premises.
Project aim
To create a new co-working space in a town centre location and test out new ways of working in a post-Covid world..
It will also support increased footfall to the local high street.
