From 1 April 2024, the responsibility for LEP functions across the Enterprise M3 LEP region has transferred to Hampshire County Council and Surrey County Council.
The Enterprise M3 Board met for the last time in March 2024 and Enterprise M3 LEP is no longer operating as an organisation.

Please note that Enterprise M3 LEP staff have transferred to Hampshire County Council to continue to deliver services and activities in Hampshire, including the Growth Hub, the Careers Hub, work on key business sectors, and trade and investment.

Project description
Enabling works at Plot W, Basing View to create a flat developable platform, provide services and utilities and a new access road. This will support the development of a new 153-bed hotel including business meeting, gym and swimming pool facilities.
Project aim
To provide a development site that will enable business growth on the Enterprise Zone.
Project output
The new development plot will generate:
- Business Rates Income Growth of £156,000 per annum
- £2.1 million Gross Value Added
- 100 new jobs & 154 construction jobs
- apprenticeship scheme with hotel
