Skills Strategy Manager

Enterprise M3 is spearheading our region’s advancement into a globally competitive, digital and design-based economy which is inclusive of all residents. We are now looking for a talented individual to join our new team as a Skills Strategy Manager.

Enterprise M3 published its refreshed Strategic Economic Plan last year and work on our Local Industrial Strategy is underway. These documents will shape the future economy of the area and set out ambitious plans

Future growth will focus on high value sectors in a low carbon economy; scaling up high productivity SMEs; equipping residents with the skills to thrive in this economy and in turn create dynamic communities. Our new employees will help shape these exciting ambitions

The Enterprise M3 Skills Strategy Manager will play a key role in helping to shape and focus the development and activities of the skills agenda within the Enterprise M3 region.  Working with both internal and external partners the post holder will develop robust relationships, research and implement new ideas and support the Head of Skills to integrate this important agenda across all areas of the LEP.

From 1 April 2024, the responsibility for LEP functions across the Enterprise M3 LEP region has transferred to Hampshire County Council and Surrey County Council.

The Enterprise M3 Board met for the last time in March 2024 and Enterprise M3 LEP is no longer operating as an organisation.

Please note that Enterprise M3 LEP staff have transferred to Hampshire County Council to continue to deliver services and activities in Hampshire, including the Growth Hub, the Careers Hub, work on key business sectors, and trade and investment.
