Influencing Strategic Transport in the South East

A study has revealed that transport projects could produce further major boosts of up to £20 billion to the South East economy, already one of the highest performing in the country.

The Community Business Fund offers grants of between £50,000 and £300,000 to help existing locally based and community-led businesses in England to increase their social impact and make them more viable in the long term.

Career and Enterprise Update


The Careers and Enterprise Company launched an investment fund to help extend the reach of mentoring programmes to areas that need it the most. The Government will provide £12 million over the course of parliament to support the scale up of proven mentoring projects.
