Enterprise M3 LEP is a business development network made up from across the private and the public sector working together in partnership. Our role is to maximise the growth opportunities that arise from economic development, planning and infrastructure delivery in the local area. Our business is led and inspired by Kathy Slack and as a result of an exponential increase and a perception of continuing opportunities, we’ve created the new post of Assistant Director Business Delivery to help us capitalise.
As Assistant Director Business Delivery you will oversee all external facing activities, leading and co-ordinating the wide range of relationships with partners and stakeholders so that make the most of funding and inward investment opportunities through unlocking investment streams, partnership funding and grant support. Over the past six years we’ve moved from having a small number of programmes to now having over 80 and you’ll also be responsible for an enthusiastic team of approximately 15 staff and a turnover of £250m. We’re looking for someone who can work at pace and across the boundaries to interlink with business, utilise technology, innovate and ultimately generate growth.
Enterprise M3 has been recognised for exceptional performance on governance and strategy, so being good on delivery is not good enough for us!
