Damian Hinds visits Base Bordon

East Hampshire MP Damian Hinds met with Enterprise M3 to discuss local economic growth and the LEP’s work to build connections between schools and businesses.

Our chair Dave Axam and Senior Enterprise Coordinator Tracey Tatam briefed the former Secretary of State for Education at the Bordon Innovation Centre in Whitehill & Bordon on September 24.

They talked about the work of Enterprise M3 especially our Enterprise Adviser Network which connects schools and colleges with employers and careers programme providers in the region.

They also toured Base Bordon Innovation Centre which is home to a wide range of start-up enterprises and has received £4 million from our Local Growth Fund.

The meeting was also attended by Jo Stevens from Oxford Innovations, the company that manages the Innovation Centre.
