Jamie joined the EM3 LEP in November 2019 following a series of roles in higher education.

Jamie describes himself as an advocate for the transformative power of education and training. He has a particular passion for connecting people with great education and employment.

An enthusiastic team player with significant experience of the education sector, Jamie takes pride in being able to build and maintain deep, multi-faceted stakeholder partnerships and ensure they deliver through effective collaboration. These talents will be particularly important in his role as Skills Strategy Manager where he plays a key role in supporting the development and delivery aspects of the Skills and Talent Action Group with insights and input from key stakeholders from business, education, local government and the third sector.

A resident of Basingstoke and trained to Doctorate level, Jamie holds strong beliefs in fair access to higher education and lifelong learning to support regional economic growth and prosperity. If you haven’t already come across him on social media, you probably will!
