Kathy has nearly forty years of experience of working with businesses and people to support economic growth, first in helping the long term unemployed to get jobs, then in work to support young adults get training and assisting business to start up with the Government Office for the South East.  Kathy then moved to the South East England Development Agency where she championed economic growth across the South East and now at Enterprise M3 where she has successfully secured over £200m of funding for the Enterprise M3 area, which stretches from the hinterland of London to the Winchester, covering mid to north Hampshire and South and West Surrey for infrastructure development, skills and enterprise and innovation.
